To participate in this loyalty program you have to be registered in our online store.
Points are added to your account only for orders shipped by Czech Post, PPL, etc. Orders with personal collection at stores are not included. When buying at stores you can benefit from our loyalty system for shops. Overview of the rewards, which you can then exchange for collected points, can be found here. All rewards can be used only when ordering through the Czech Post / PPL, not at stores.
1) Register for free when shopping in our e-shop.
2) Do not forget to log in to your account, when creating an order so you could gain your points. The points are always automatically credited after the order is fully paid, for every 20 CZK you get one point.
3) Points can be exchanged for vouchers at any time, available rewards can be found here.
The number of points can always be viewed in the loyalty system tab when you log in to your account. You can collect your reward any time after you save enough points for the selected reward. Loyalty points are credited only after the order is fully paid. In the case of payment by card online, it is usually immediately, with payment on account it is after the whole amount is transferred on our bank account. Points for orders paid by cash on delivery will be credited after several days after you receive it and pay for it. The number of points is calculated for the whole price of the order, including prices for postage / payment. Once you purchase any reward for your points, this step cannot be undone.
Loyalty system is valid from October 1, 2012, we reserve the right to change the terms of the reward system. In this case, the changes will be presented on our website and especially on this site at least 30 days before they come into effect.
